Optional AI assistant – privacy information
Our optional AI assistant is operated by Bolgsvenia Global, a business based in Oxfordshire, United Kingdom. If you choose to enable it, the message you type and recent conversation context in this browser tab are sent through our Netlify-hosted service to OpenAI to generate an answer.
Do not enter names, addresses, email addresses, identity documents, medical or financial details, passwords or confidential document contents. Use our separate enquiry form for personal contact details.
Consent is optional and can be withdrawn using Privacy settings in the chat. The chat has no persistent conversation database and clears on page refresh, but each request may include recent messages. We request store:false for the OpenAI Responses API; this does not mean that the provider necessarily retains no operational or security data. Information may be processed in other countries according to the provider terms and applicable safeguards.
AI replies are informational only. They do not create contracts, make binding quotations, accept documents or send messages to our team. A person reviews enquiries submitted through the separate form.
